Mobiado has announced the arrival of a new luxury mobile phone, inspired by the launch of the spacecraft Pioneer 10 in 1972, the Grand 350 Pioneer.

Probably it will be extremely limited, with only 37 pieces, given the material they are present: the telephone 350 Grand Pioneer will in fact be characterized by a cover for the battery made from pieces of the Gibeon meteorite, crashed to Earth in prehistoric times and discovered in 1836 in Namibia.

The rest of the body is made of aluminum from spacecraft, sapphires and rubies embellish the details, while the keys are a combination of sapphire and stainless steel.

As regards technical characteristics, the Grand 350 Pioneer will be a quad-band connectivity, GSM / EGSM 850/900/1800/1900, 3.5G, HSDPA, Bluetooth and wi-fi. 3.2 megapixel camera, video camera and a 2.36 inch display with 16 million colors complement the Grand 350 Pioneer equipment.

Apple finally release the new MacBook ($1,000). Bringing it up to speed with its Pro counterparts, the new base-level MacBook features a polycarbonate unibody design with a non-skid bottom surface, an LED-backlit 13.3-inch display, a 2.26GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, NVIDIA 9400M graphics, Apple’s latest built-in battery technology for up to seven hours of battery life, and a glass multi-touch trackpad. Sadly, there’s no black option this time around.
